Here at Gunnedah Dog House we don't discriminate based on breed, size, and temperment.
Premium Food
All dogs are offered premium fresh beef mince, either raw or cooked. Our beef liver treats are natural, and Australian made locally.
Large Runs
Our premises boast large, well maintained yards, with plenty of room to run, play, and nap in the shade.
Our Daily Routine
Ensuring a calm, relaxed, and consistent environment, our routine helps with settling in anxious pets, or first time visitors. Every morning our dogs are able to enjoy a long run in our yards, where they are able to play with toys, lounge in the shade, or play in the water during the warmer months. During this time all kennels are cleaned with a pet safe kennel cleaner, water is refreshed, and everyone gets a snack. In the afternoons all dogs are able to have their second run, followed by their main meal of the day.
Our Facilities
Our dog boarding facilities consist of four different sized kennels and two large exercise yards. All our kennels surpass NSW sizing regulations, with our largest kennels being suitable for up to four large dogs. Each kennel sits on a concrete base, with three solid walls, and an open, wire front. Our smaller kennels, suited for small, elderly, and anxious dogs, is situated in a barn style shed to offer further security, closure, and protection from weather.
At Gunnedah Dog House we boast two large yards for daily exercise. Our small dog yard is fully enclosed with plenty of shade for our dogs to lounge around in the sun, socialise, or have a good sniff. Our large dog yard offers a spacious, safe, enclosed area to play in and all visitors enjoy chasing balls, playing in water, and, of course, zoomies during their playtime.
Food Options
Here at Gunnedah Dog House we offer premium food and snacks to suit all dogs. Each morning all dogs get our homemade beef meatballs, or beef liver treats. For their dinner, all dogs get a fresh premium beef mince, either cooked or raw. This meat is mixed with premium kibble, either small breed, large breed, or puppy. Dogs can be fed twice a day, or have their main meal of a morning upon owners request. For animals with sensitive stomachs or strict diets, it is recommended that their food be supplied for their stay.
